Diana Autry is a dedicated advocate and community leader with a long-standing commitment to the children of Akron. As a candidate for the Akron Public School Board, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our schools. Her passion for public education stems from her belief that every child deserves a safe and supportive learning environment that prepares them for a successful future.

Experience That Matters
A proud mother and grandmother, Diana’s perspective is rooted in her personal experience navigating the school system. Her professional background as a nurse has given her a deep understanding of the health and well-being needs of children. She has been a passionate PTA member for over 15 years, including serving as a PTA president, and has dedicated more than 15,000 volunteer hours to Akron Public Schools. Diana attended Akron Public Schools, is a graduate of John R. Buchtel High School, and holds degrees from St. Thomas School of Nursing (RN) and the University of Cincinnati (BSN). She currently serves on the Akron Public Schools Board.
