Streamlined Discovery Parameters

Streamlined Discovery parameters may be utilized if both parties agree.

• No more than three depositions per party.
• No more than ten interrogatories and ten requests for admission.
• Document limitations: to be determined by the panel, following case-specific recommendations by the parties.
• Briefs:
  a. One per party of no more than fifteen pages,
  b. One reply per party of no more than five pages.
