This &#8220;Code of Conduct&#8221; will be referenced as you proceed through the course.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000;\">Course Information<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Content:<\/strong> This course contains fourteen (14) modules made up of hypothetical scenarios designed to implicate sections of the ARIAS\u2022U.S. Code of Conduct and assessment questions throughout the course. Course modules will cover the following areas:\u00a0Pre-appointment, Disclosures, Pre-hearing, and Hearing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Timing:<\/strong> The course will require approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete, though there is no time limit. Remember that an understanding of the principles\/ethical standards is more important than speed. You <u>do not<\/u> have to complete the course in one sitting. You may resume the course module from where you left off last.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Assessment Questions and Scoring:<\/strong> You must read the hypotheticals before completing the assessment questions. Each module has an assessment question which must be answered correctly before proceeding to the next module. You must complete the course and all assessment questions to obtain a certificate of completion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Certificate of Completion:<\/strong> Upon completing and passing the course, a certificate of completion will be administered. To obtain a certificate of completion, select \u201cMy Credit\u201d in your online education classroom.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000;\">Course Fee and Registration<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fee for this course is<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">$150.00<\/span><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/arias.memberclicks.net\/2024ethics\">Click here to register for the course<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000;\">Accessing the Course After Payment<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email with a direct link and further instructions to access the course.
