Early Bird and Advanced Registration Deadline:<\/b>\u00a0 To qualify for a discounted rate, both registration and payment must be received by ARIAS\u2022U.S. by August 29, 2024 for the Early Bird rate and September 30, 2024 for the Advanced rate. Registrations without payment by these dates will be charged the Regular rate.<\/p>\n

The registration fee must be paid in full before an attendee can participate in the conference.<\/p>\n

Cancellation\u00a0Policy<\/strong>
\nThe cutoff date for a full refund of the Conference Registration fee is October 11, 2024. Anyone who cancels after October 11th, will receive a refund minus a $200 administrative fee. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to info@arias-us.org. Refunds will be issued by credit card or check. Failure to cancel by November 1, 2024, will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.<\/p>\n

Financial Hardship Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

As required by the New York, Illinois, and Pennsylvania CLE Boards, if a member of the state\u2019s bar would like to attend an ARIAS\u2022U.S. conference, but finds that he or she would incur a financial hardship by doing so, an application for waiver of the attendance fee may be made to the Board of Directors of ARIAS\u2022U.S. The application will would be held in strict confidence.<\/p>\n

The New York Hilton Midtown<\/strong> is the headquarters hotel for the 2024 ARIAS\u00b7U.S. Fall Conference. We have secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate starting at $369 (excluding taxes and fees).<\/p>\n

After registering for the conference, you will receive a link to book your hotel accommodations. Attendees are encouraged to book early, as rooms have historically sold out quickly. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked by October 15, 2024. If you wish to book additional nights (before or after the conference) at the Hilton Midtown, you can but room rates will vary.<\/p>\n
